- AWANA Bible Quiz was successfully held at Desert View Bible Church. We got 1st, 3rd, and 4th place for 3/4 graders, 2nd place for 5/6 graders and one of our 3/4 graders received a Quiz Out award which is considered an honorary award. Praise the Lord for our boys and girls diligent study!

- Offering. At GPC, we don’t pass an offering plate. In 2 Cor. 9:7-15, we are taught to give as we are able and with joy. If you would like to give an offering as part of your act of worship, we have offering boxes in the lobby, you can use a credit card or use Zelle with giving@gpccc.org.

PRAY
2 Chron. 19:5-7 (Jehoshaphat) appointed judges in the land in all the fortified
cities of Judah, city by city, and said to the judges, “Consider what you do, for
you judge not for man but for the LORD. He is with you in giving judgment. Now
then, let the fear of the LORD be upon you. Be careful what you do, for there is
no injustice with the LORD our God, or partiality or taking bribes.”
We don’t live in a theocracy like Israel in the Old Testament but we can pray for
our nation’s judges. May they have a holy fear of the Lord, have wisdom from
above, be fair, and be above reproach.
